  this place is super cute and quiet. it was our first time coming there and they didn't disappoint. our food was delicious and my vegan sister was even able to order something as well. i do have to say i ordered the tacos al pastor, it came with four tacos and a side of beans and my total was 12.95. i could've gone to the taco truck and gotten it cheaper. everything else was priced pretty fairly. our waitress, patty, was sooooo nice and always made sure we had what we needed! the bathroom was also very nice and clean. i only rated four stars cause the price of my plate

  I was extremely disappointed in the service and the cuisine at El Rosal. My husband and I went there for lunch and there was one other couple already seated. The waitress gave us our menus and some chips and water, but then kind of just disappeared. After she finally took our order it took about 25 minutes to get our food --  which seemed long considering there weren't very many patrons. Turns out they do a steady take-out business and that's where the bulk of the staff seemed to dedicate their efforts.
  
  As for the food, I ordered enchiladas in red sauce, and they came with green sauce and sour cream. I didn't send them back because it took so long to get our food, and to be honest I'm OK with green sauce. The problem was that the chicken was dry and had no sauce on the inside and just a dab on the outside. My husband's chicken was OK, but it was huge. They really should have some smaller senior offerings.
  
  I did like their salsa, but not enough to return.

  The waitress didn't get my order right(one chicken enchilada with green sauce) and brought a chicken quesadilla. I said it was fine but not what I asked for. Also got the other person that I was with order was wrong. The place had 4 tables so it wasn't like they were packed. I got charged for her mistake and was told they would take off our drinks but didn't. Then told after the fact...Oh sorry bye

  Horrible customer service. Went for lunch yesterday and my friend and I each ordered an enchilada with green sauce, the waitress brought us quesadillas instead. We told her we ordered enchiladas she argued that we ordered quesadillas we told her we did not but we would eat them anyways since it took about 45 minutes for the food to come. We received the bill that was more expensive than it would have been had she brought us the food we ordered. We asked to be charged for our order. She with the help of another employee could not figure out how to fix our tab so she stated she would just take the drinks off but she did not. She ran my card and said oh sorry and laughed. I won't be eating there ever again.

  This place is SO good. There is other El Rosal's in town but none of them stack up to this one, not sure why
